Camping at Jack’s Place, Toogoolawah Qld
We recently tried out a (new to us) campground called Jack’s Place at Toogoolawah, Queensland. What a find! We enjoyed four glorious nights here. There was serenity overload, stunning scenery and plenty of birdlife to enjoy. There is a lovely little creek winding its way through the property and campsites are located along the creek. Apple Strudel Style Jaffles
We truly enjoy experimenting with new and different fillings for our jaffles whilst camping, hence our take on apple strudel. These jaffles were simply delicious for our breakfast / brunch. The amount of cinnamon flavouring the apples was perfect and we loved the added crunch the almonds gave to the filling.
